An oxygen bar is a place where recipients can go to receive purified oxygen treatment which may benefit a person in multiple ways.  Normal  room air is comprised of  80% nitrogen and 20% oxygen. Oxygen concentrators are used to take room air, remove the nitrogen, and purifies it to 90-95% oxygen. 

The oxygen is then delivered via a nasal cannula tube that fits under the nose. You can choose from a variety of organic aromatherapy oils to improve the experience.  May not use if history of COPD, Asthma, Allergies to aromatherapy oils.  Must be 16. If under 18 must have parental consent.
